Job Description

Due to the current health crisis related to COVID-19 and the escalating visa/travel restrictions in place, we're currently unable to extend offers to anyone who cannot work from Singapore due to lockdown visa/travel restrictions, or other restrictive measures until further notice. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience working in a business environment. Technical experience either as a Customer or Product Engineer in launching new capabilities (product, services and infrastructure) on Cloud or On-Prem Data centers. Experience leading programs and projects. Preferred qualifications: Experience in developing and presenting business/investment strategies to C-level executives, while being able to engage and communicate effectively with technical and sales teams. Distinctive problem solving, analytical, presentation and communication skills. Ability to be flexible in a fast paced environment with limited direction, balance competing priorities, and manage several time-sensitive projects at once. About The Job The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. As an Associate for the Cloud Infrastructure and Services Program, you will drive the infrastructure expansion strategy and key growth initiatives across APAC. In this role, you will work closely with the APAC Sales and Technical Leadership, Global Product and Engineering teams, Legal and Public Policy to develop a forward looking perspective on the core infrastructure capabilities needed, build robust business cases to drive the prioritization and execution of the expansion of these services in key APAC markets. You will possess a mix of strong business and technical acumen to be able to understand our business strategy/imperatives and develop the business case, while possessing sufficient technical skills to understand IT architecture and engage, challenge, and influence our Product Management and Engineering teams. Responsibilities Engage with Sales, Technical teams, and customers to understand and document key infrastructure/service requirements. Analyze and develop deep insights on region performance and delivery vs. business plans. Identify actions to further accelerate growth. Develop capacity and demand plans for key customers across APAC. Partner with Global Engineering/Product teams to prioritize regional needs and ensure delivery. Develop business cases for infrastructure, products, services for key APAC markets which include: customer needs, market sizing, long-term growth projections, and others. Engage and influence Global Product/Engineering teams in prioritizing regional requirements and ensure delivery per commitments. Be responsible for influence, interlock, and communications with the Global Product/Engineering, and expansion teams. Manage successful launch of regions/capabilities.
