Job Description

Description As an Assistant Platforms Operation Manager, you will be handling tasks ranging from Operation Support, Project Management as well as Governance. Your goal is to work with multiple stakeholders to meet their objectives. This Involves Platform Operations Support – working with vendors and business users by managing project schedule, software issues, handling queries and conducting acceptance test reviews for each new release. Collaborate with product managers and business users to implement and streamline processes and new requirements to improving the Platforms Project Management – manage projects by defining and managing schedule and working with stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule and meeting requirements Work with various stakeholders to develop and review SOPs, identify and document gaps in process/workflow as part of the role of corporate governance and compliance Participate in dashboard project by coding the ingestion of new data points and generate reports for various stakeholders More About You Requirements You are passionate about a culture of learning and development. Requirements Diploma / Degree in Information Technology / Business Analysis Extensive experience in performing operation support, managing projects and managing vendors Experience with web development using Spring Framework + MVC, JSP + JSTL Good knowledge about HTML including HTML5, CSS, javascript, Ajax, jQuery Experience in web technologies such as REST, SOAP, JSON, XML Familiar with tools such as GIT or JIRA or confluence Experience with python, lambda programming or BI tools will be an added advantage Great personality and team player Excellent in both verbal and written communications Thank you for your interest and application to this role.
