IT Operations Manager - Southeast Asia (SEA) Technology, Data & Information Management (Singapore) What This Job Involves- IT Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of IT delivery for JLL in Southeast Asia, reporting to the Head of Information Technology, Southeast Asia. Responsibilities Including but not limited to- Managing overall IT operations delivery and support activities related to hosting and network environments, cloud, data storage, and infrastructure systems Provide 3rd level escalation management, administration and client management To report on the health of our IT services through operational reports, budgetary or finance reporting etc ITIL Framework - service request fulfilment, capacity management, incident, problem and change management Lead and provide in-depth problem analysis, troubleshooting, and coordination and deliver resolutions as the 3rd level subject matter technical specialist Work and coordinate with vendors and outsourcing partners, to ensure work is delivered on-time, secure and with the right quality aligned to JLL and global standards e.g. ITIL framework, SDLC, etc Drive a continuous improvement mind-set across the team and develop careers Create on boarding, ongoing training program(s) for technology across Southeast Asia Create and/or ever green operational documentation to be standardized across Southeast Asia The manager’s role will be to liaise between JLL staff and the outsource IT vendors to ensure smooth operations, support and delivery of IT services. You will be required to produce dashboards on the status of IT services. Ensure JLL regional IT guideline /approval process is adhered to Able to lead the IT Projects with little or no supervision Experience, Education, Technical Skills & Competencies Degree in Information Technology or related discipline Minimum 5 years of experience working with IT infrastructure or operations in large enterprise environments 5 years of experience with minimum 3 years in managerial level; and Project Management Experience Strong IT Infrastructure/Network Knowledge Analytical and problem solving skills Excellent communications skills in both written and spoken English Familiar with local telecommunications, mobile and broadband vendors and services Dynamic and flexible to work scope and job timings Experience with deploying and supporting large scale infrastructures Knowledge of UCaaS solution, IT Security and Cloud Operations is an advantage Experience working in a multi-cultural and multi-vendor environment in a multi-discipline team(s) in multiple country locations with sound knowledge in building effective working relationships What We Can Do For You- At JLL, we make sure that you become the best version of yourself by helping you realise your full potential in a fully entrepreneurial and inclusive work environment.
