Support & manage Core Infrastructure to deliver desired services/outcomes.
Take accountable for the quality, timely & customer satisfaction of the project service delivery objectives.
Ensure the project service delivery aligned with EDMS ITSM standards, and in accordance to the clients' policies.
Support all Cisco Network devices and CheckPoint, F5 firewalls and VPN.
Support operation activities:
Service Desk; Event, Incident, Request Fulfilment, Problem, and Access Management
Performance Monitoring; Change, Release, Deployment, Demand and Workload Implementation
Maintaining Availability (based on Service Design) and Knowledge Repositories
Testing and Executing System and Service Recovery Plans based on DRP or BCP
Encourages and drives the team through self-development initiatives; mentoring engineers / staff
Involves in operational concerns for architectural decisions at technical competency level
Responsible for environment maintenance, patches and security updates. Work with security and risk analysis team to maintain up to date environment
Identifies necessary network changes, validates proposed changes through testing, develops/submits a detailed work plan
Designing and implementing functional network infrastructure & Maintain complete technical documentation.
Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN).
Configure and install software, servers, routers and other network devices
Monitor network performance and integrity.
Resolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting infrastructure &
Mentor team members on technical issues.
Implementing and administrating network routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, BGP & network Security, IPv6.
Undertake projects on new or existing network implementation and enhancement & Work closely with pre-sales to plan for post-sale activities on proposed.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

A Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent
A minimum of 5 years' experience in Managing IT Service Delivery
Prior experience in a technical role with Management
Strong technical competency with recognized professional certifications in either Network & Security or Systems domain
Prior operational experience adopting ITIL best practices, advantageous if ITIL v3 certified
Strong investigative, problem solving skills - ability to identify problems and provide solutions
Experience in managing and mentoring cross functional and technical competency teams
Experience in project handling
Experience in managing a complex project with multiple stakeholders and vendors
Experience in communicating and influencing at Management
Experience in liaising with Business and user communities
Working experience in project & vendor management with commitment to drive resolutions
Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivery of quality services
Being able to motivate & develop a strong team environment through collaborative and constructive Leadership
