Plan, manage and oversee the day-to-day NOC operation across 2 sites to provide (24 x 7) round the clock network monitoring for Mobile, Broadband, TV, Fixed Voice and Facilities.
Required to be on standby for 24/7 on-call emergency response.
Plan, manage and maintain alarm, ticketing and knowledge base management systems related to NOC.
Work closely with operation teams to ensure the necessary are in place for proper network monitoring.
Single point of contact for internal stakeholders for network incident and outage management.
Drive process improvement and automation to continually improve NOC operational efficiency.
Conduct training & briefing to NOC team to ensure the team is kept abreast of new technology, processes and new activities introduced that affect NOC operation.
Document and update of NOC operation processes (SOP) and troubleshooting guide.
BCM coordinator for INOC & work closely with Network BCM team to review and update BCM documents and conduct BCP exercise to ensure that NOC is BCM ready.
Plan, manage and maintain shift duty roster which includes managing staff Time-off & Over-Time approval
Own and manage INOC administration task eg procurement, budget planning & tracking and reporting.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

Degree in Telecommunication/Computer Science Engineering.
Minimum 5 years network operation center experience and/ or operation experience in Telco or IT industry.
Strong interpersonal skills including ability to communicate appropriate detail to all levels of management.
Proven leadership and people management skill
Sound ability to assess & identify faults, prioritize, respond and escalate accordingly.
Effective time management and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
Strong knowledge in ITIL, preferably ITIL4 certified & Lean Six Sigma.
Preferably familiar with IMDA regulatory framework and policies.
