What We Do

We aim to provide excellent Singtel mobile coverage in Singapore and user experience to our customers by planning and deploying outdoor and indoor mobile access solution in areas that require mobile enhancement.

Your Roles & Responsibilities

Plan and oversee Mobile Access Network deployment projects from procurement to acceptance.
Lead an internal and external team to deliver projects timely and within budget.
Determine and define project scope and objectives.
Plan project resources to meet objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
Track project costs to ensure it is within budget.
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
Monitor progress and provide project updates on strategy, adjustments, and progress to stakeholders.
Lead in procurement, preparation of tender specifications and evaluation. Manage contracts with suppliers.
Adopt industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
Any other works assigned by the supervisor.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or relevant telco project management experience.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Proactive, able to work independently, possess creative problem-solving skills and able to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Goal oriented with good analytical skill. Committed to deliver high quality output.
Effectively utilize each team member to his/her fullest potential and motivates team to work together in the most efficient manner.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and resourceful.
Familiarity with Window applications (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project etc).
