Your Role and Responsibilities

The technical professional is responsible for offering advice and technical support for networking solutions throughout an entire client lifecycle. Aside from honing technical skillsets, she/he will have opportunities to grow people and collaboration skills as one works with teams worldwide.

Learn and acquire skills for networking products and strive to be a subject matter expert in these products and solutions
Acquire recognized industry certifications for the selected products
Implement and maintain the network solution built
Render remote and onsite technical support for the software solutions
Apply Problem Determination / Problem Source Identification (PD / PSI) techniques to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems for our clients / services teams
Build relationships and collaborate with various teams (i.e. support, development) worldwide to ensure the delivery of timely, accurate and seamless solutions
Career advancement possibilities include Solution Design Architect, Project Team Leader, Project Management, Technical Evangelist

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Bachelor / Diploma graduates with up to 3 years' experience in IT support and implementation services
A keen interest in computer networking and WAN technologies, with strong knowledge on concepts: TCP/IP protocol, routers and firewalls
Interests, experience and/or academic exposure in any networking products and solutions:
Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, F5, Checkpoint, Fortinet, etc
Experienced candidates with Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent level is an added advantage
Highly motivated to advance technical skillsets to meet business needs through the career
Effective communication and technical writing skills
Ability to resolve problems independently, to work in global teams and to perform under pressure
Be customer focused and open to 24x7 support model
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
