Assess technical requirements of clients
Establish and maintain high service satisfaction levels with clients
Understand and perform troubleshooting escalation process
Support all client side software user experience
Perform daily system and application issues resolving
Work with third parties to rectify issues
Proven working experience as an System Engineer or relevant experience
Good knowledge of technical/information analysis of computer/andriod/ipad hardware/software
Good problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
BS in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field
