Job Description

The Role You will provide network support for Mapletree Group, which include being the point of contact for all requests, issue resolutions and support change requests after office hours, local and overseas. Job Responsibilities Provide 1st level Network supportand supervision for the Mapletree Group, supporting: Point of contact for all support request Issue resolution â€“ Break/Fix Change Requests Off-hours support where needed especially for Critical network issues Responsible for support of projects or change requests where needed and accommodate project/change timelines and work schedules. Comfortable to travel where needed. Able to manage, plan and resource projects effectively in a complex organization Scope of support will cover the various technologies deployed in Mapletree A Subject matter Expert in firewall's policy and setup with good knowledge in network Infrastructure. The member needs have good understanding of network protocols and standards to manage firewalls and perform the security investigations. able to work with other disciplines, understand needs, collaborate and provide solutions to meet multi-discipline project requirements Support other IST teams like SAP Basis, Network and applications teams to provide solutions for any IT projects able to work with other disciplines, understand needs, collaborate and provide solutions to meet multi-discipline project requirements Provide 1st and 2nd level support and change request for internal network & voice infrastructure. Provides technical support for customer to resolve any network and voice related issues. Be secondary member to support VoIP systems. Perform Network security review/patching and audit including firewall rule settings, logs review, perimeter security. Monthly/Quarterly security reporting Review and recommend processes and procedures to manage operations efficiently. Maintain SLA and ensure service quality. Should be familiar with Cisco VOIP and UC setup. Experienced in multi-vendor VOIP setup will be advantages Manage operational admin activities like: Supervising vendors and ensuring works are carried out appropriately Procuring equipment and services Maintaining billing records, contract expiry and coordinating payments Updating documentation for system, equipment inventory, SOPs etc. Monitoring systems Preparing status reports for management. Job Requirements Possess a Diploma in Information Technology , and a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or related disciplines . At least 4 to 5 years of relevant firewall/network experiences. Familiarity in Cisco Switching and Router, Juniper and Palo Alto Firewall are essential .
