(Senior) Network Engineers (N1) Work at The Focal Point To Provide Essential Monitoring And Troubleshooting Support For All Sea Products, Services, And Systems While Escalating Problems To Appropriate Teams. As A Part Of The Team, You Will Aim To Resolve Network Issues Within A Short Period Of Time To Bring Sea'S Quality Of Services To New Heights. Job Description: Perform Tier 1 Management, Monitor And Support For Sea Network Infrastructure And Other Services, And Respond To Graph/Log Anomalies, System Alerts Via Email/Sms/Phone Calls Etc. Quickly Identify Network Related Issues According To Sops And Past Experience, Escalate Identified Issues For Resolution When Necessary. Perform Basic Linux Command To Run Diagnostic Instructions And Analyze The Output For First Level Troubleshooting. Use Basic Cisco/Huawei Switches/Routers Command To Understand The Configuration And Whole Network Topology. Support Business Users To Identify The Issues And Escalate To The Corresponding Team To Fix The Issue. Follow Up Proactively With Internal Or External Partiers For Issue Resolution Progression, Prepare Official Incident Reports. Review The Incident And Provide Service Improvement Plan Suggestions To Network Project Team. Work In Shifts (24*7). Job Requirements: Diploma Or Degree In Telecommunication Or Computer/IT Engineer. Good Knowledge In Ethernet Network, IT Service Management, And Linux/Windows Systems. Understand The Basic Network Knowledge Of Arp, Vlan, Acl, Ebgp, Ibgp, Bgp Rr, Ospf, Mpls, And Vrf. Understand The Basic Network Monitoring System Such As Zabbix, Cacti Etc. Understand The Basic Python/Bash Scripts And Ansible Playbook. Ccnp/Ccnp Is Required For Experienced Application. IT Service Management Certificate Is A Plus. Competent In Technical Report Writing And Documentation. Strong Interpersonal Skills And Able To Interact With All Levels Of Stakeholders Professionally.
