Job Description Provide Help Desk Level 1 And Level 2 Support For Workstation, Laptops, Notebooks, Peripherals And Other Computer Related Devices. Provides Day To Day Technical Support To Local And Remote Employees For Network Infrastructure And Internal Desktop Systems, Software & Hardware. Monitor, Maintain And Manage Network Devices, Switches And Routers. Create And Manage User Setup And Pc Updates Follow Established Policies, Procedures, And Technology Standards To Ensure System Availability And Security. Image And Deploy Standard Computers; Installs, Configures And Maintains Personal Computer System And Application Software Works With Help Desk Ticketing System To Open, Update And Close Tickets In A Timely And Complete Manner Manage And Support The Hosting Environment In Azure Provide Operational Support To Key Environments Including Account Management, Workflow, Log Analysis, Troubleshooting And Service Optimization Maintain/Monitor Assigned Systems Within Environment To Ensure Optimal Performance, To Determine System Upgrade Schedules, And To Meet Established Service Level Agreement (Sla) Commitments Proactively Evaluate, Implement And Continuously Improve Our Enterprise System And Application Management Framework And System Automation In Regard To Servers Leverage Industry Best Practices In IT Service Management (Itil), Promote A Quality Customer Support And Service Culture To Achieve Operational Excellence And Customer Satisfaction Requirements Minimum Of 2+ Years Technical Experience Performing Desktop Support In A Windows Environment, Browsers Included. Min 3 Years’Experience In Administrating Microsoft Technologies: Windows Server, Active Directory, Iis, Sql Server (Including Ssas,Ssrs), Office 365 Experience In Administrating Virtual Machines In Public Cloud (Azure Or Aws) Is Advantageous Microsoft Certification (Mcts/Mcitp) Is An Advantage Excellent Written And Oral Communication Skills Toliaise With Remote Teams (Different Countries/Continents) And Manage IT Projects Strongtroubleshooting Skills, Analytical Thinking, Pro Active Mindset, Able To Work Both Independently And As Part Of A Cross Functional Team Show More
