Job Summary Lead IT Network and Infrastructure support and operations to ensure a stability, availability, secured, and good performance of network and infrastructure to support business in Asia Pacific as well as driving the improvement and new projects related to network and infrastructure with various countries in APAC to ensure integration and comply with Brenntag standards and guidelines. Responsibilities Technical design, project rollout and management Work with internal and external parties to plan, design and implement appropriate network and infrastructure to support regional and countries in Asia Pacific Develop and manage project schedule and deliverables Project budgeting and preparation of approval requests for any new or additional CAPEX request Monitoring of project progress and initiation of special actions when required Ensure the network and infrastructure design and setup is optimized, harmonized, secured and comply with Brenntag standards and guidelines Ensure the new Network and Infrastructure design and setup is with good quality, with high availability and performance as per business expectation Ensure to work with internal and external parties for successful network and infrastructure project delivery on time and on budget and can continue for good on-going operations and support. Network and Infrastructure Operations and support Manage, coordinate and control Network and Infrastructure operations to maintain the expected level of system availability, performance, and security to meet defined SLA or business expectation Manage, coordinate and control Network and Infrastructure to support for change request, problem solving to ensure systems stability, availability and performance as per defined SLA or business expectation Strive for continuous improvement and enhancements e.g. adoption to suitable up-to-date technologies for better performance, system compatibility, system security, system integration, etc. Prepare, and manage Operations and Support budgeting related to Network and Infrastructure Act as one of Asia Pacific representative in discussions on a potential future global network and infrastructure Project or alignment Leads, trains, motivate, coaches and develop staffs or relevant team to perform their jobs effectively and efficiently. Others Any other special projects on an as need basis around or related to Network and Infrastructure Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications Bachelor Degree in computer science or related fields 10+ years experiences in Network and Infrastructure (WAN, LAN, Firewall, Server, Email, AD, etc.) project implementation and support management, and 7+ years experiences as project manager implementing, support and operate regional network, data center and Infrastructure project for MNC company with multi-country. Experience, preferably with Project lead or operations lead for Regional Network and Infrastructure, datacenter for MNC company with multiple countries support. Experience on overall network architecture design for complex organization across countries and systems Preferably 7 years at a managerial level with good leadership and networking Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from different groups of users in different countries Strong Project Management Skills Enthusiastic, self-driven and a good team player Strong execution mindset Ability to analyze and resolve problems quickly and independently.
