Job Description / Responsibilities Perform troubleshooting, rectification, protocol analyzing and tracing for any network related issue Configure, change, update, maintain, managed network switches, routers, load balancers, proxies, VPN and firewall configuration Administer and manage IP addressing scheme and network diagrams Work with other contractors where required to delivery required network services Perform checks on network health and monitor performance and usage, including response times Any other network / security related tasks as directed by the team lead / supervisor / customer Configuration, monitoring, fine-tuning, troubleshooting, interpretation of statistics and information of all managed network devices Provide on-site support during network projects, supporting application projects and maintenance activities Attend to and resolve Incidents within SLA Provide level 1/2 network operations support and write up incident reports Attend to and close Service / Change Request within SLA Rotating 24 x 7 standby roster The ideal candidate should possess Degree in IT or relevant discipline majoring in Network with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in supporting Day to Day Operations and project support Certification in CCNA/CCNP Strong communication and presentation skills Strong technical administration of Firewalls (Palo Alto / Fortigate / Juniper Netscreen) Strong technical administration of Network Switches (Cisco / Alcatel) Strong Technical administration of Load Balancers (F5 / Radware) Knowledge of VPN administration (F5 / Sonicwall), Proxy (Bluecoat) and Routers (Cisco) Hands on experience in providing network connectivity to newly deployed servers from network racks and maintaining patching inventories Show more
