Network Engineer / Team Lead at ST Engineering

The IT Network Senior Engineer / Engineer is tasked with the following duties and responsibilities: Drive the implementation and compliance of IT policy for network architecture Assist in security incidents and avoid expertise in remediation efforrts Research the latest industry practices and technoogies as well as emerging threats and vunlnerabilities Constantly analyse, review and maintian the network baseline required by performing risk and vulnerabilities assessment to ensure the balancing of the resources available and the requirement of sufficient security measures Manage or particpate in new setup or upgrade of network infrastructure/Data Center projects Design network structure (including configuring hardware devices) Participare in network related vulnerabilites testing and drill Participate in IT audit, DRP, and patching Monitor network and system utilization Assist in any other duties as assigned from time to time, where applicable The ideal candidate should possess: Degree/Diploma in IT/Computer Engineering/Computer Studies At least 5 - 8 years’ experience in similar environment Familiar with CISCO Systems, Firewall, PROXY, Router, DNS ,VPN, WAF and IPS etc Experience in one or more Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google, etc for wide range of services Strong analytical and troubleshooting skill. Professional certification in CCNA, CCNP and CCIE are advantageous Certifications in Cloud Solutions Architect would be an advantage Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills Service-oriented, interpersonal skills and adaptable to a fast-paced dynamic environment Show more
