Industry: System Integration / Network Service Providers / Telecommunications Location: Central and East area Schedule: 5-day work week Skills: Networking (Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Cloud) Systems (Linux, Red Hat, Microsoft) We are a unique SI Industry catering to various Technology Companies and providing first-line and extended support for their IT needs including (but not limited) desktop/laptop support, network maintenance, software & systems troubleshooting and overall manpower assistance. We are working with a a number Global IT/Technology clients with sophistication in solution services and technology transformation offering software and technology infrastructure. Thus, we are in-need of Network Engineers and System Engineers, with highly specialized skills in any technical certification: Cisco Networking, Linux / Redhat, Microsoft Certification. Position Responsibilities: As a Network Engineer, the role will be responsible for network operations such as network implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, administration and equipment monitoring. Will handle one or more Network Technology equipment such as Alcatel / Lucent, Cisco, F5, Fortinet, Huawei Tech and other similar products. As a System Engineer, the role will be responsible for system maintenance, configuration, troubleshoot and upgrade various network-related systems. Will handle one or more OS, System Network environment such as Linux OS/ Redhat/ Suse, Windows / Wintel Servers. Role Requirements: Must have an education level of at least Nitec, Diploma in IT, Computer Science or the related field. Working experience in Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, Network and/or System Engineering or similar capacity. Experience from an SI industry is an advantage. Candidates with more IT experience will be recommended for Senior level positions. Fresh Graduates, Diploma holders or IT Technical trained with no experience are welcome to apply. Knowledge in desktop, laptop, computer troubleshooting, PC configuration and basic networking architecture. Certifications in any technical area such as CCNA, MCSA, RHCE or higher certification level is a strong advantage. Experience using Windows OS and Mac OS applications.
