Responsibilities Provision, implementation, test and turn up of customer telco WAN services in cooperation with the customer and field services teams. This includes services with technology such as IPVPN, IPsec, BGP transit and MPLS VPNs on layer 2 and 3 on core equipment. Technical point of contact for company internal stakeholders for issues related to service provisioning. Technical validation of customer provisioning telco WAN workorders Remote troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occur upon initial installation Pro-active escalation, follow-through and liaison with appropriate departments to resolve technical issues which may impact delivery timescales or quality Requirements Able to demonstrate passion and willingness to upskill in applied role Excellent communication, interpersonal and written skills A technical mindset with great attention to detail Show more
