Job Description Designing network system; defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards. Optimise network performance by monitoring; scheduling upgrades; collaborating with network architects on network optimization. Must have troubleshooting knowledge and skill in network problems and outages. Reporting network operational status by gathering, prioritizing information; managing projects. Familiar with implementing and configuring multi-vendor switches or routers example Mikrotik, Cisco, Huawei, Ubiquity, TP-link, Motorola, etc. Incident Management – Provide Level 1 and 2 operations. Timely resolution of faults/issues, as well as network operations and maintenance. Provide technical/testing documentations and reports when required. Requires going on-site on a day to day basis or whenever needed. Experience in project implementation and commissioning. Job Requirement Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology/Network Communications from a recognized institution. Min 3 years, with extensive technical hands-on experience, in the telecommunications or wireless industry. Familiar in dealing with Technical problems and handling retail customer technical related issues. Solid understanding and practical experience in network administration, firewalls, routers, and other computer networking concepts. Good understanding in LAN, WAN technologies Experience in multi-brand networking equipment and WIFI related connectivity on mobile devices. Knowledge on basic structured cabling. Knowledge in shell scripting or python is desirable. Show more
