Ltd --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- JOB DESCRIPTION: JOB SUMMARY: Candidate will be responsible to effectively carry out IT professional services and troubleshooting in our expanding Customer’s IT environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Deploy, troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade and support IT infrastructures including LAN, WAN, firewall, servers, storage and associated network devices. 2. Maintain a high level of user satisfaction with new and existing technologies. 3. Ensure continuous delivery of IT services through oversight of service level agreements with business users and monitoring IT systems performance. 4. Pro-actively anticipate technical risks and issues and ensure that appropriate migration planning is in place to avoid compromising delivery. 5. Other support includes data backup and other tasks assigned. 6. Work with vendors on a regular basis to evaluate offerings and influence the enhancement of current or future products. 7. Other tasks and projects as assigned by Manager or Management. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: · Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or IT, or with at least 3-4 years of experience in deploying and maintaining Server, Storage and Backup solution in Windows & Linux environment. · Good Experience in Microsoft Server 2008-2016, Exchange Server, Office365, Sharepoint. · Good experience in Cloud provisioning and migration, especially Cloud platform like Microsoft Azure and AWS. · Good Experience in Virtualization, VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V. · Good Experience in AD Migration and System Troubleshooting. · Good Experience in Email Migration and Troubleshooting. · Good Experience in Storage (particularly Dell Unity/SC/VNX) · Good Experience in Backup solutions · Good Experience in networking / perimeter network security / WAN connectivity. · Experience in Citrix would be useful. · Provide 2nd and 3rd Level Support SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES: · Good interpersonal and communication skills, high adaptability and positive attitude are expected. · A team player with determination to drive to excel. · Excellent customer service skills. · Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: · May be required to travel to or be based at client’s premise. · Work outside official hours may be required.
