Responsibilities And Duties Day to day management of the Asterisk PBX, Vicidial & CTI application servers until we retire product suite Maintaining the Voice & Data VLAN’s across the Meraki WAN Troubleshooting Voice Quality issues, packet loss and jitter using packet sniffing tools SIP Trunk management Session Border Controller administration Develop and maintain vendor relationships including carriers, support providers, cabling contractors, application developers Taking the lead on the project to replace current Telecom infrastructure across 9 Sites (expanding) onto Avaya Cloud Contact Center Providing Tier 2 / Tier 3 Support to the Service Desk Training Service Desk on how to perform Adds / Moves / Changes Call Recording platform management Look at ways to proactively use AI to give Business advantages on the communication platform Develops, implements and enforces security procedures Maintains 99.99% uptime, utilizing monitoring system Ensures High Availability and Disaster Recovery configuration is documented and tested on a regular basis Qualifications More than 5 years of experience in a diverse and senior level technical role Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer sciences preferred Has previously implemented either an Avaya Cloud or On Premise based Unified Communications & Contact Center Solution Has working experience and knowledge with multiple Tier I telecom vendors on a variety of products and services (MPLS, Voice, IP, Hosting, Mobility, Networking) Has worked supporting a Contact Center telephony environment Is well versed in the modern ways and developments in the Telecommunication world Can demonstrate a solid background of Voice Quality troubleshooting using packet sniffing tools Show moreOriginal Joblink: ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
