Senior Manager - Sales at Tata Communications  ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Role: Senior Manager - Sales Location: Singapore The successful candidate will have diversely experienced relationship, sales-led business management skills with a proven track record of success within enterprise segments such as BFSI, manufacturing, services, transport and logistics. Strong team leadership and communication skills, with strategic-level business development and sales experience essential. Experience Data, Managed Services, Unified Communications and Cloud Services in the APAC. Job Responsibilities Plan, prioritize and manage personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving ACV targets - especially managing personal time and productivity. Develop and maintain detailed sales account plans and able to execute strategy to win. Develop existing customer base through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information; Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements. Manage account action plan for individual accounts. Develop and owning key strategy for top accounts driving plans with C-levels. C-level coverage is a must. Working with key stake holders within top strategic accounts to understand their network, cloud and security architecture. Mapping Tata Communications roadmap to customer’s 3 years IT Master Plan. To work with Alliance and partner LOB when necessary to deliver value-added services to fulfill customer’s vision and business plans Capture qualified opportunities in SFDC, and grow strong pipelines Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships. Pro-actively liaise with other company functions (e.g. product management / marketing / finance / operations) aimed at maximizing profitable growth for the company. Qualifications & Experience Degree/Diploma in Engineering or relevant disciplinary with experience in a technology company preferably telco, SI, managed services and related industries. At least 6 years of relevant work experience in Account Management (strong focus in BFSI, Govt sectors & pref. other industries) and Enterprise Sales; Proven track record in selling complex solutions inclusive of Managed Services, Managed Security, Cloud, Network, Unified Communications. Must be able to focus on obtaining results and driving early revenues for the business Must be versatile and able to adapt to changing business and sales environment. Preferably familiar with telecom services like MPLS, Cloud, Security, SDN, SDWAN, NFV etc Strong communication skills, with strategic-level account management experience.
