Twelve-hour shifts to provide 24/7 coverage. Manage and resolve daily raised tickets on the floor. Well verse in Microsoft Operating System platform with Lotus Notes and Domino Server administration. Provides Local & Wide Area Network support including ability to manage and troubleshoot problems on Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Printers and etc. Provide daily service reports at clientâ€™s site upon work completion. To provide/ update Systems and Network Audit documentation. To provide recommendation to clientsâ€™ network infrastructure on upgrades or tech refresh based on documentation compilation. Requirements MCSE, CCNA, CCNP and/ OR VCP preferred. Minimum Diploma / Degree holder in IT with 2 â€“ 3 years of relevant working experiences in the similar industry. Good knowledge and experienced in Active Directory, Network/ Systems Security administration and configuration. Must be able to setup Systems using VMWARE from bare-metal and proficiently administration with ESXI multiple Hosts in complex network infrastructure. Able to configure and manage CCTV deployed solutions. Able to communicate in proper English and a Good team player ethics. Candidate must have a relentless attitude and take responsibilities and ownership of customer problems, from start to resolution.
