The trainee will report directly to the Project Lead and work closely with his teammates. Job Description Involve in installation, testing, implementing and commissioning of IT Infrastructure to ensure reliability and efficiency Undertake projects on new or existing network implementation and enhancement Work closely with pre-sales to plan for and execute post-sales activities on proposed solutions and consultancy services Understand and be able to articulate the pain points experienced by customers Conduct fault analysis and verification tests on recovered malfunction equipment or accessories from fault calls Provide system support and if need be, to escalate issues to Principal Technician/Service Delivery Manager for problem resolution Job Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject Interest in post-sales maintenance support/delivery in the expertise of advanced engineering and administration of multiprotocol routers, multilayer switches and network security devices Interest to gain skill-set in Cisco (CCNP/CCIE), Alcatel certification (ACFE/ACSE), Nokia, F5 LTM & other Network Security products Good customer service orientation Good problem solving, analytical and conceptual skills, with good communication skills Show more
