About The Market Job Description Role Provides End to end desktop technology support services for both software and hardware for the organization. Responsibilities Identify and develop methods, techniques, diagnostic tools or criteria to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve moderately complex desktop and desktop related hardware, software, operating systems, application and network problems Knowledge of Datacenter operations and layer 1 infrastructure Analyzes client needs and assesses technical alternatives to determine their impact on the client and systems environment Coordinate the planning, installation and implementation of new or modified PC/LAN related hardware, software, applications or operating systems to meet client s requirements and updates/writes documentation Participate in the implementation of voice and data communication networks to support environment, including configuring, implementing and troubleshooting circuits May participate in the hands and feet support and implementation of server environments Understand BCP, quality, security and compliance requirements for supported area and assesses changes for risk to the environment Coordinate testing and updating the business continuation plan Participate and collaborate as an I.T Infrastructure resource for all Technology Initiatives in APAC region Provides technical support for operating systems and work with SMEs for enterprise application issues Market Skills and Certifications Requirements Experience of more than 4 years in all phases of desktop operating systems support, implementation, and maintenance, preferably with the finance sector Experience in provide end to end technology operations and related project support Knowledge of desktop operating systems, applications and infrastructure required to implement and support enterprise deployments Knowledge of Desktop Services, security and access standards and practices Well versed in identifying and developing methods, techniques, diagnostic tools or criteria to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve moderately complex desktop and desktop related hardware, software, operating systems Basic understanding of Datacenter operations, networking (Data, Voice and Video) and server technologies Proficiency in supporting desktop environment Windows 10, Active Directory, MSOffice, Outlook, MCS, SQL and Exchange Occasional weekend and, after working hours are required Occasional provide on-call service We Value Diversity At Wells Fargo, we believe in diversity and inclusion in the workplace; accordingly, we welcome applications for employment from all qualified candidates, regardless of race, color, gender, national or ethnic origin, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other status protected by applicable law.
