IT Solution Manager at Huawei ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Responsibilities: Presales support including Enterprise IT Infrastructure and Network Architecture Design, Configuration of Bill-of-Materials and Pricing, Customization of Technical Proposals , and other Pre-sales duties. Perform Individual and Seminar Presentations to prospects and customers on Huawei solutions to develop new project opportunities Perform training sessions on Huawei solutions and products to end users and channel partners at least once per quarter. Responsible for presales aspects of tender management and response by organizing, , reply and clarification on tender requests. Promote full range of Huawei solutions, hardware and software to enterprise and government customers, produce and deliver formal presentations and business proposals. Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Product & Solution team to ensure that the requirements are deliverable. Requirements: Bachelor degree in Information Technology/Telecommunications/Electronics/Electrical/ Engineering discipline or equivalent. Professional certificates in CCIE, CISSP, MCSE, VCP and others are welcome too. Minimum 5-8 years of related IT Infrastructure, Networking, Virtualization and Cloud domain knowledge in a Technical Pre-Sales role. Knowledge of large-scale core Switching, distributed WAN circuits, Private/Public/Hybrid Cloud and Unified Communications architecture design for large geographically-distributed enterprises (for migration of prospect’s existing LAN, WAN, IT Infrastructure & UC Network to Huawei brand). Working knowledge of Backup, Storage and Disaster Recovery Best Practises and Methodologies. Working knowledge of Security technologies in use by Large Enteprises (Firewall, AntiDDOS, others) Knowledge of Microsoft Infrastructure technologies like Active Directory, Domain Controller, Certificate Authority etc. Knowledge of Enteprise Architecture, SOA, ITIL, COBIT is a plus.
