Infrastructure Operations Manager- Linux/Unix Environment at Green Light Worldwide  ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Job Responsibilities: · Operates the architecture of system or network infrastructures, participates in defining developments and choice of solutions, in liaison with the transformation teams and with a service centre dimension if relevant · Manages IS optimisation · Manages a department, building in alerts, incidents and related escalation procedures with the customer · Oversees the improvement of operating processes · Ensures data integrity and confidentiality and the security of data access and processing · Oversee operations/responsive actions for security incidents · Manages communication with departments involved in projects/operations, consolidates and analyses reporting, suggests improvements · Manages a team and develops its skills · Coordinates technological monitoring for infrastructures and manages relations with third parties, suppliers and publishers Requirements : · 5+ years of infrastructure management experience Network on routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, WAN/LAN · 5+ years O&M management experience · 5+ years of Infra experience (Linux, Unix, DB, VM, and Cloud) · Should be able to define SOP according to SLA · Should be able to manage tasks using ticketing platform (e.g. JIRA) and generate analytic reports · Technical competency and ability to get "hands-on" when required · Good people management skills and Good communication skills · Leadership experience to guide and mentor engineers
