Network Engineer ----Become an integral part of a diverse team that leads the world in providing and supporting mission critical IT solutions. At Accrets International Pte Ltd, you will help deploy, maintain and support mission critical enterprise customers network and work on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement. Currently, Accrets is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Network Engineer to support our diverse range of enterprise customers NOTE: ENGLISH AND MANDARIN SPEAKING CANDIDATES PREFERRED. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Analyzes user requirements and understand high level system architectures to develop network requirements specifications • Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies • Analyzes network requirements and capacity and leads design and development activities • Incorporates new network plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations • Develops network architecture and network design documentation • Design and perform integration of new technologies into local and wide area networks • Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution of complex network problems • Manage the transition and migration of networks and development of network addressing schemes Required Qualifications: • Develops new concepts and processes. Analyzes root causes and resolves issues. Can perform all tasks of lower level technicians or specialists. • Works individually, actively participates on integrated teams • Requires guidance and direction from more senior level technicians, specialists, and managers only when dealing with new, uncertain situations. Desired Qualifications: • Some experience configuring and deploying LAN/WAN switches routers, firewalls, optical networks, and Intrusion Detection devices • Assistance in the development of business continuity and disaster recovery plan • Some experience with application QoS performance and latency tuning and troubleshooting across network architecture preferred • Some experience implementing and supporting enterprise systems monitoring and management tools preferred. • Good network and systems troubleshooting experience with network protocols (UDP, TCP\\IP, DNS) across OSI Layer, network security configurations, and network encryption • Some ability to analyze and assess computer/network architecture requirements and determine optimum, cost-effective solutions • Any of the following certifications: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Voice Professional.
