Job Description

Our client is a telecommunications conglomerate and a mobile network operator.

As a ð—¡ð—²ð˜ð˜„ð—¼ð—¿ð—¸ ð—˜ð—»ð—´ð—¶ð—»ð—²ð—²ð—¿, your job responsibilities will be as follows:
- Analyze, troubleshoot and correct network problems remotely and on-site.
- Document incident RCA report the configuration of the system and (network) system performance tuning.
- Ensure security compliance, patching, health check & hardening remediation.
- Maintain and administer perimeter security systems such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
- Perform standard or project change request as per change window.
- Provide on-call 24 x 7 support on a rotating basis.
- Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.

Requirements:
- At minimum, possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / IT / equivalent qualification.
- More than 3 years work experience in Network support and maintenance (LAN/WAN/Cloud).
Technical Experience:-
- Network/security administration in enterprise DC and Public Environment
- Supporting firewall /network product such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Meraki, Check Point, Sophos, FortiGate.
- Troubleshooting system, middleware and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware/software issues, analysing system logs and identifying potential issues/incidents.

Location: South SG
Budget: Commensurate with experience, skills and other factors.

* This is a 1-year renewable contract role.
