Customer Service Representative - Call Centre
Our client, a US semicon org is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Singapore location.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing phone and emails support.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend to presales enquiries on pricing and product /services information
Conduct spares ordering, follow up & update
Quotation of Spares, Sales & Services
Data entry, order processing and analysis using company business tools and spreadsheets
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proactive and ability to apply Company Policies and Procedures to resolve issues with minimum supervision required
Attention to detail and thoroughness in data & analysis
JC2 Graduate with 3-4 years experience or Diploma Graduate with 1-2 years experience
Ability to use spreadsheets & write functions/macro
Good in writing and communication skill in English, and Mandarin will be an added advantage
Ability to work extended hour and flexible shift work as needed.
