Reporting to the Regional Logistics Manager (Asia), the candidate will manage increasing service logistics activities in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service. Meet customer service commitments of spares-movement. Attend to customer service complaints, working through internal and external customers to determine root causes and perform detailed analysis and evaluation of causes. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues.
Set and manage effective technical controls.
Manage 3PL - service provider to control the material flows through the warehouse and return of defective goods. Manage local agreed-upon KPIs and analysis of freight optimizations. Provide effective compliance in quality assurance, overseeing import/export controls.
Provide accurate reporting. Analyze and distribute weekly reports on open orders, indicating order and shipment status. Provide other timely scheduled reports (KPI and management reports) and ad-hoc reports, as needed.
Other operational responsibilities that might be deemed necessary due to changing business environment

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Degree or min Diploma holder in relevant or other related fields of studies at least 4 years' experience.
Strong analytical skills, meticulous with strong business acumen.
Demonstrated ability to remain focused and work efficiently under pressure whilst handling multiple and conflicting tasks, which strong self-motivated initiative.
Good communication skills in English & Mandarin.
Must be customer oriented with spare parts service logistics and transportation knowledge will be essential, including airline schedule/tracking and flight matrix experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Ability to travel on short notice and flexibility with work schedule.
