Our client a global ICT support services organisation

Provide ongoing support to Regional Operations, APAC, for its smooth and efficient day to day operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of data and make sound recommendation to drive an efficient operation.

  • Provide project management to support new project initiatives or customer‘s project rollout.

  • Provide support to IT Operation in APAC, and align its operation to global guideline.

  • Provide support to finance management to drive Regional Operation APAC to finance excellence.

Other:

  • Extensive travel may be required at short notice

Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

  • Strong IT experience

  • Strong background in customer facing roles in the post-sales technical support environment.

  • Pro-active customer focus.

  • Solid knowledge of Finance and Operation Management.
