Education & Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent; graduate work preferred.
 
Experience
- 9 plus years of business experience, including at least 5 years telecommunications or IT experience in Pricing or Commercial Management with major deal management experience for large global companies;
- International bidding experience with regards to currency, tax and billing concerns.
 
Knowledge & Skills
-  Ability to understand, model, shape and architect cash flow and P&L.
-  Identify & articulate impacts of changes to commercial terms & conditions to the financial results/offer
- Ability to identify and link changes in financial requirements to commercial terms and vice versa;
- Deal modeling for complex customer opportunities, with consideration to commercial terms and conditions, risks, price structure, capital expenditure and cash flow
- Worked cross functionally within deal teams and effective relationship building at senior or executive management level
- Demonstrated success at exploring and understanding all requirements for customer opportunities and able to architect "win - win" commercial deal structures.
- Broad technical knowledge of IT, software, hosted, integration-type projects and managed data network projects and bids;
- Strong communications skills, particularly related to articulating specific corporate strategy and commercial requirements for large or complex customer contracts at an executive level, both internally and externally;
- Ability to interact with senior executives to clearly articulate and negotiate complex and high value business propositions to internal audiences (discounted cash flow, profitability, risks, etc.) as well as with clients (positioning of financial structuring, benefits, etc.);
- Understanding of accounting concepts and ability to interact with senior management and customers with regards to topics covering balance sheet, tax and revenue recognition issues.
