Job Description:
Reporting to General Manager, belongs to the regional management team, the incumbent is responsible for the overall service, sales and marketing strategies in planning, managing and executions of relevant business support activities for Asia Pacific including Japan to achieve and accommodate corporate goals. This job is based in Singapore, and frequent travel within the region is required.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate marketing planning to develop business strategies and actions.
  • Monitor and analyze the performances of the businesses. Prepare weekly, monthly performance reports and other reports to facilitate management's strategic/tactical decision making.
  • Conduct analysis to give early warnings to the management team on key issues to develop the necessary corrective actions.
  • Track business activities to ensure it is on track to achieve its objectives. Provide insightful observations and analysis by relating marketing expenditure to main KPI performance movement.
  • Coordinate the annual business budget planning process and activities. Track the progress of key actions & results.
  • Provide executive support to GM on management reporting requirements. Undertake specific tasks & projects as assigned by the GM.
  • Facilitate and coordinate the planning activities across the business units. Projects manage key strategic projects as assigned.
  • Take initiatives to collect/digest/share knowledge of the global and regional experience and knowhow to the operational team.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience Required
  • A good university degree in Statistics, Business or Finance. Advanced university degree (e.g. MBA) or demonstrable equivalent experience will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in strategy, planning, finance, or related functional area.
  • Experience in data manipulation, dealing with large set of data and transform into insights in a relevant industry. Business consulting experience will be an added advantage.
Knowledge and Skills Required
  • Dynamic, strategic and with good business acumen.
  • Excellent analytical skill and good numeric sense, knowledge of forecasting tools is a plus.
  • Mature, self-motivated, passionate to develop new business and enjoy working in a dynamic environment with high target expectations.
  • Ability to understand/read/transform budget and expenditure information into meaningful reports.
  • Good business sense and marketing-oriented.
  • Effective interpersonal and project management skills.
  • Sharp analytical mind with a strong drive to excel and good team player.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in both written and spoken English.
