The Regional Program Manager role is a key role and extension of the Strategic Client Engagement Team. This role represents and is responsible for the governance, standards and contract compliance to our clients contract with their key Strategic Client and works closely with regional internal delivery teams, fulfillment partners and other consortium members to ensure responsive and high quality delivery interfacing with client management in Singapore and the local regions.

This is a role within the Program Management Team and has responsibility for the regional programs. Primary deliverables for each programme are as follows:

·         Resource Management of staff, third parties, budget and infrastructure assigned to the current Programmes. Recruitment of appropriate skilled staff and the development of a highly effective and motivated transition team.  Mentoring role for local Transition Management staff. First point of escalation for active transitions within nominated Programs.
·         Program Management Leadership of the delivery of the regional Programs, taking responsibility for the management of transitioning multiple service bundles into the our client's operational solution and/or delivering multiple project streams within the Programme.
·         Establish extension of the Project Management; ensuring compliance with agreed Project Management Methodology, Documentation and Best Practice.
