• Delivering consulting support capabilities that meets customers’ requirements and contributes to closing sales. This should be achieved through building up a team of competent consultants with the necessary skills set, at the same time applying one’s own technical skills for complex situations where necessary.
  • Responsible for the optimal use of resources i.e. managed and allocate pre-sales resources within a specific sales territory for customers meetings and tender requests.
  • Act as the point of escalation within the team.
  • Responsible for recruiting, appraising and motivating a team of Consultants.
  • Build a cohesive team and ensure that team members are competent in technical knowledge and consultancy best practices.
  • Identify skills gap, define competency matrix and develop training plans for the team

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor / Post-Graduate Degree in Engineering or Computer Sciences or equivalent
  • Min 8 years experience in IT/networking industry
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Assigned supervisory role for min of 2 years
  • Industry Certification
  • up to 120K pa
