Job Purpose: 

To develop, maintain and report on all components of the relationship with new and existing channel partners in a given territory as efficiently and effectively as possible while meeting specified service levels, achieving high performance in test delivery and candidate satisfaction while instilling a culture for proper partner behavior.


Roles and Responsibilities:

* Report recruitment progress and territory activities.
* SPOC for Territory Sites.
* Ensure that sites are operationally ready for testing.
* Remove rd blocks to readying of sites.
* Assist and contribute to the effective management of the regional network including overall client relationship.
* Responsible for site relationship management, performance, quality and growth.
* Responsible for selection of and negotiation for the opening of new test centers in compliance with all terms of our delivery agreement, obligations to clients and prevailing standards in Performance Management. 
* Qualify sites for sign-up and facilitate contract signing workflow.
* Lead the decision-making internal communications processes in the deactivation of sites for non-performance and ensure execution as indicated in suspensions, terminations, site audits and other remedial actions as may be suggested by Performance Management staff.
* Ensure seat utilization and cost is optimized by fulfilling demand and volume requirements as set forth from time to time, while ensuring high standards in candidate service and test delivery.
* Execute on Channel Program/Quality/Promotion Activities.
* Ensure candidates satisfaction.
* Interface with internal BU.
* Coordinate with readiness team for any related testing
activities.
