Key Roles and Responsibilities
Advise new and existing customers, account managers and sales forces in the Asean region, on all technical and solution matters
Recommend our client's solutions that meet customer requirements
Undertake the preparation of proposals and tenders for the supply of our client's solutions and services such as solution description, compliant to requirement, customization effort, work estimates etc.
Prepare and give presentations on our client's solutions and services
Specialist technical sales support for defined solutions and services
Ensure total customer satisfaction

Pre-requisite
University degree or Masters in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance or similar discipline
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Ability to project a confident, knowledgeable and professional image when dealing with customers
Flexible and adaptable approach to work patterns and priorities ie traveling
At least 5 years experience in selling complex IT solutions to large account customers
At least 3 years experience in similar position for either IT Managed Operations or ERP Systems Integration
Good reference on customer satisfaction and relations
Broad I.T. background is desirable, ie ERP Application or Network & Systems Management and Customer Support.
Able to work on own initiative with little supervision
