The product operations units have a direct responsibility for carrying out the product and functional developments and translating that into appropriate support programs for the specific country.
· Responsible for overall profit and loss of the MSS portfolio in Asia Pacific
· Responsible for in-life management of the MSS portfolio in the product portfolio of Asia Pacific (ensuring bid to in-life service management)
· Ensuring Sales and support teams are fully supported in achieving their targets, by providing support with Special bids and Customer Presentations
· Provide training to Sales and all other teams who are required to be aware of the MSS portfolio and associated process and systems (Bid teams, Service Delivery & Assurance, Finance, Access and Solutions)
· Co-ordinate with Central product team required pricing changes and service or feature developments for the MSS portfolio
· Strive for Revenue and profit maximisation for the MSS portfolio in Asia Pacific, to be agreed with Manager and the Central product team
· Cost awareness and pushing for cost reduction in operational departments
· Initiate and implement product developments (service and coverage) in co-operation with the Central product team

Principal Working Relationships:

Sales
Work with Sales teams to support where required the sale of the MSS portfolio

Product Management
Co-ordinate with central MSS product team – developments, cost and promotion activities relevant to Asia Pacific

Marketing
Co-ordinate with marketing trainings, promotions. Service positioning in key geographies across Asia

Customer Service
Co-ordinate with Asia Pacific customer service (delivery and assurance) all developments proposed by central product team, as well as to identify issues and feed back into central product team

Solutions /Packaged Solutions
Assist Global Business Management on special projects where product specialist knowledge and support is required. Also liaise with our client'sSecurity Practise for complex solutions and Consultancy-led sales.

Finance / Billing
Co-ordinate with Finance and Commercial planning the tracking of revenues and forecasting in the Asia Pacific region. Track the billing of customers to ensure revenue correctly allocate in co-ordination with Commercial planning

Person Specification:
Essential Skills & Experience
· 3 to 5 years’ experience in Managed Security portfolio / product management role in Asia, with a track record of commercial and/or technical achievement and P & L improvement.
· Able to deliver to tight timescales, to innovate, and to deliver products and solutions that meet customers’ requirements.
· Demonstrable interpersonal and relationship management skills to Director level.
· Demonstrable leadership and influencing skills at a senior level.

· Project management skills
· Experience in key customer contacts in sales support roles
· Strong commercial background
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Fluent English in conversation and writing
· Security Qualifications; eg CISSP
