Part of a global support centre team, providing L2 WAN/LAN support to global customers

Experience , Education & Qualifications

-Degree in Computer Science, Data Communications, Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
-2 to 4 years experience of troubleshooting network protocols; IP on Switched Ethernet and Token Ring, as well as WAN protocols; X.25, frame relay, MPLS, WAN, and LAN - ESSENTIAL
-Experience with Cisco routers and switches (latest models), Juniper WOC, Voice service technologies such as Nortel and Avaya, IPSec and firewalls
-Network management experience with HP Openview, SNMP agents, InfoVista, EMC SMARTS, Netcool)
