To manage the commercial function & delivery of the products  
Role:  
0.  Provide proactive account servicing to the existing clients and cross-selling the company products  
1.  Perform client relationship building and maintain close relationship with clients  
2.  Provide administrative support to Sales Operation Department  
3.  Maintain and update the customer database in Company System and generating the report  
4.  Coordinate with internal parties to answer the customer queries on billing and order management issues  
5.  Responsible for handling sales administration and order management issues from customers, sales staff and other internal parties  
6.  Prepare and submit the periodic / ad hoc reports for management review  
7.  To ensure all service orders are properly processed and tracked in accordance to  KPIs and SLAs where relevant  
Requirements:  
8.  Diploma in business administration;  
9.  Minimum 5 years related working experience in telecom industry is preferable;  
10.  Has experience in customer service or support environment with order processing management abilities;  
11.  Service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills;  
12.  Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese,  
13.  Independent with strong sense of responsibility and good team player  
14.  Project management experience
