Product Manager (Voice)
Purpose Of Role:
The role holder is responsible for one or more aspect of portfolio management for voice Global VPN, voice Mobile Access, VoicePort and CCS and any value-add features upon deemed operational after Ready for Service launch signoff in Asia Pacific. This involves owning in-life portfolio/service management to provide training and information to  account teams on standard portfolio delivery and assurance support, commercial and service level agreement management.

Key Responsibilities:
To work with the Central Product Teams to manage the portfolios to optimise long run contribution over the product life cycles in Asia Pacific. 
To support and be able to facilitate information on  the portfolio plan, price, pricing strategy, development budget, coverage expansion, additional new features and road map to the Product Specialists team.
Responsibilities include:
Planning, budgeting and investment, supplier relationships and cost control, quality of service, development of SoRs, management of development and launch plans, customer satisfaction, supporting and driving the sales channels and marketing, portfolio information, working with operations and service delivery on feature enhancement, and cost reduction, working with sales on specials/bids, legal and regulatory obligations, supporting and influencing Industry Forums and User Groups, interaction with customers, complaints handling and the management of relevant complex projects.

Business Impact:
Maintains a reputation with key players within the pricing, portfolio management and marketing teams.
Supports senior managers within the organisation to position our client's and its offerings.  
Maintains wide network within and across the business carrying out presentations to internal audiences.

Authority/Decision Making:
Will see projects to a close, dealing with all issues.
Day to day decisions in relation to their portfolios or development, dealing with issues within their authority.
Recognised authority within specific portfolios.
May lead some projects.

Qualifications:
Experience in the telecom industry.
Typically degree and post graduate qualification in a related subject, e.g. Business or Marketing.

Skills/Experience:
Relevant experience in a product management or marketing role for corporate services
Demonstrable communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills to GM level
Demonstrable leadership and influencing skills.
Able to deliver to tight times scales and to quickly identify innovative, pragmatic and cost effective solutions to portfolio issues.
