Responsibilities:

  • Provide telecommunication solutions to customer's requirements based on product offerings for a wide range of telecommunication Business and Operation Support Systems.

  • Lead the team in these projects to ensure implementation within the parameters of committed customer requirements, quality and time.

  • Take responsibility for the customer relationship management.

  • Provide assistance to scoping (pre-sales) activities.

  • Ensure internal coordination necessary to deliver projects to its completion like interfacing with back-office, knowledge transfer to Customer, performing Integration Test, user acceptance tests, post implementation support, review and audit.

  • Support to resolve customer issues.

  • Ensure that Customer Change Request process is well managed and co-ordinated from customer request, to solution design to final implementation.
