REPORTS TO Director – Project Management

ROLE PURPOSE
1. Accountability for the definition, planning and implementation of customer projects solutions within time and budget, in a consistent manner using standard our client's project management tools and procedures.
2. Delivering our client's solutions within a customer environment by providing professional project leadership, direction and control.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

. Project definition, planning and implementation management of our client's customer solutions within planned timescales and budget.
1. To use agreed our client's controlled and structured project management tools and procedures delivering consistent and high performance.
2. Manage the implementation of customer solutions to scope and timescale through management of a virtual team.
3. Act as the primary interface with the customer and account teams for individual customer solutions.
4. The management of customer expectation during the project lifecycle.
5. Obtaining the required resources from within and outside of our clients' to fulfill the project.
6. Financial Management during the project to ensure timely use of project budget.
7. The successful handover to service operations of portions or the complete customer solution.
8. Purchase order generation through the e-procurement system.

KEY REQUIREMENTS (RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & TRAINING)
1. Project management and complex implementation experience (8-12 years) within the telecommunications, Networking and preferably in Cisco IPCC environment
2. Experience in Call center and BPO implementation and operations
3. Certification achieved in recognized project management methodology
4. Experienced in managing and delivering projects in multinational environment
5. Proven experience in setting up a project infrastructure, identifying, selecting and appointing skilled project resource to deliver the customer solution
6. Proven experience in setting and monitoring performance against project milestones
7. Strong focus on delivery and attention to detail
8. Good understanding of Voice, IPCC and data products, and capabilities
9. Ability to structure and prioritize workloads around customer and project requirements
10. Excellent written and verbal communication
