·         Conceptualizes and develops the company's systems integration consulting methodologies and models.
·         Responsible for achieving business results such as client satisfaction and profit.
·         Engagements impact multiple company and customer geographies.
·         Addresses most if not all business processes in an organization and directs the documentation in an analysis of their current effectiveness in supporting the customer's strategic business goals.
·         Developing the disciplines and the business results of the engagements.
·         Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by management.
·         Provides solutions to a diverse range of complex problems.
·         Able to travel.


The Person

·         At least 10 years of IT experience, and 8 years of consulting experience with solid credentials in :
o        conducting customer discovery/visioning workshops (contact centre and enterprise communications)
o        aligning IT solutions to address customer business priorities
o        computing and articulating Return on IT metrics
o        selling complex customer projects of at least US$1M

·         Proficient in selling, architecting, scoping, generating winning proposals for and delivering contact centre and IP telephony with infrastructure hardware, software, custom developed applications and systems integration. Sound knowledge of System/Software Development Life-cycle

·         Possess strong communication, financial management, negotiation & risk mitigation skills, and knowledgeable on legal, tax, etc. matters.
·         Able to manage across all levels including CxOs
·         Knowledge and implementation experience of contact centre & partner products, solutions & services are advantageous.
·         Project management experience advantageous
·         Knowledgeable on various IT solutions/standards, e.g. CRM, Intelligent Communications, IP Telephony, Mobility/Messaging & Collaboration, BPR, Web Services/SOA, SIP, ERP, business intelligence, Linux etc. advantageous.
·         Should have good written and spoken language skills in English and local languages.
·         Excellent presentation skills.
·         Prior working experience with global SIs is advantageous
·         First or post-graduate degrees in IT, Computer/Information Sciences, Engineering or Business Administration
·         MBA preferred
