Key Reponsibilities:

 

Coordinate and schedule for regional seminars and tradeshows

Facilitate site coordination in all Asian events

Liase and work closely with internal deparments such as Marcom Team, Marketing team to ensure smooth running of events

Provide good support to Marcom team in creating awareness and demand for product marketing campaigns

 

Requirements:

 

A diploma or degree in mass communication with at least 4 years of related experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Possess good coordination, organizational and interpersonal skills

Client management skills are essential

Be a team player and be prepared to meet tight deadlines well under deadline pressure

Excellent skills in MS Office Application eg. MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook

An eye for details is required

Able to handle multi-task projects and events

Willing to travel overseas when required

 

Salary up to $3.5k
