Global Marketing Manager (Engineering Test Services)

Our client is one of the market leaders in engineering test services and has goals for dramatic growth over the next few years by expanding our market - especially in Asia. This Marketing Manager position will be focused on understanding market opportunity and competitive situation in order to determine product positioning, product roadmap and business direction. I am looking for a very strong candidate who is experienced, dedicated, flexible, dynamic and passionate.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Understanding market opportunities and competitive situations to determine product positioning and business direction.
Working closely with cross-functional teams during the entire product life cycle (product definition through discontinuance) to influence whole product direction.
Responsible for development of product and marketing collateral and coordination of product launches.
Working with the product groups in defining programs and promotions to drive growth in their segments.
Working with Marcom to driving the strategy for outbound product marketing campaigns to create awareness and demand.
Responsible for managing a team of Business Analyst/Market researcher and technical writers.

Desired Job Experiences and Skills:
Bachelors, MBA, or equivalent work experience plus a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Sales and/or marketing experience in SEMICON market -- competitive products desired
Excellent written, verbal, presentation and communication skills. Must be able to read and interpret complex information, talk with customers and listen attentively. Fluency in English required.
Strong interpersonal relationship skills to establish working relationships with direct reports, peers and colleagues and customers.
Proven ability to influence and lead -- up, down, and across the organization
Proven flexibility - ability to deal with ambiguity, take and manage risks, learn quickly and adapt.
Strong results oriented, creative, decisive, organized and drive for closure
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
Experience in defining, managing, and launching consumer SW/HW products and services.
Willingness to travel worldwide when required.
