ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS  
1.  Diploma / degree in IT, Business, Marketing or related field  
2.  Minimum 1 year sales or marketing experience in the IT/networking/IT Training industry  
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES  
1.  Hunting Sales Role  
2.  Responsible for targeting and qualifying training opportunities so as to achieve sales targets through new accounts.  
3.  Management of clients by maintaining a close relationship with the account, proactively anticipating needs, thereby ensuring continuing closure of sales.  
4.  Conduct sales presentation, prepare sales proposals and negotiate with customers and suppliers to win sales orders.  
5.  Collaborate with other departments in order to meet the needs of customers.  
6.  Oversee sales cycle to its completion.  
7.  When called upon, to assist in accounts receivable especially in instances where payment is overdue.  
8.  Perform funnel management and provide timely and accurate business forecast to the reporting manager.  
9.  Penetrate into competitive accounts/new market segments, where applicable.  
10.  Work with fclient managers for account planning and be responsible for updating and executing all training opportunities.  
11.  Proper qualification of sales leads before mobilising resources to engage the customer.  
12.  Ensure all commercial terms and conditions to customer are vetted and approved by the respective department manager  
13.  Provide input to supervisor in the forecasting of business and territory/market needs.  
KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCE  
Technical  
1.  Fundamental knowledge of all training offerings and solutions.  
2.  Knowledge of customer’s business environment.  
Non-technical  
1.  Business writing skills to prepare business proposals  
2.  Selling skills  
3.  Communication and presentation skills to sell to different levels of the customer’s organization  
4.  Customer relations management skills  
5.  Experience with government contracts and contacts would be an advantage
