This position reports to the Sales Directors and Finance Director.
Key Responsiblities:
Provide day-to-day general administrative support to both the Sales and Finance departments;
To coordinate projects, activities and events including logistics arrangements;
To follow-up on all current and new projects for the departments;
To follow-up appointments, make travel arrangmenents, handle expense claims for departmental heads and team members;
Assist in coordination of visits or meetings with clients;
Preparation of agenda, minutes and materials;
To snsure day-to-day running of the office administration
Requirements:
* Excellent command of English language
* GCE 'A' level or good GCE 'O' level
* 4 - 6 years working experience in similar capacity, preferably in an MNC.
* Proficient Microsoft Office skills including powerpoint
* Able to handle multiple tasks and to work well under pressure in a fast-paced
environment.
* Adaptable, with strong communication, prioritisation and organisational skills.
Salary up to $3.5k
