This position reports to Regional Financial Controller

 

Responsibilities

Provide secretarial support to the Regional Financial Controller

Provide full administrative support to the Regional Finance & Admin Department

Handle travel, meeting arrangements and for the department

Prepare presentation materials, charts and reports

Verify department expenses claims

Keep track of Staff Weekly Movement

Maintain and update filing system for office matters regularly

Organise conferences, workshops, events and trainings.

 

Requirements

GCE `O' or `A' Levels with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience

Secretarial qualification is essential

Proficient in Mswords, Msexcel and Mspowerpoint

Good eye for details and numbers

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong organisational skills

Resourceful, mature and independent with a pleasant disposition

Good team player

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

 

Salary: up to $3k
