Report to Managing Director

 

Job Description:

- Provide secretarial support to Managing Director

- Scheduling of appointments and meetings

- Taking minutes of meetings

- Preparation of agendas and writing of minutes of meetings

- Provide administrative support to a team of Consultants

- Arrange travel arrangements

- Maintain good communication flow within departments and regional offices.

 

Requirements:

* Good GCE 'O' level

* 3 - 5 years working experience in similar capacity, preferably in an MNC.

* Proficient Microsoft Office skills including powerpoint

* Good command of English language is essential

* Able to handle multiple tasks and to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

* Adaptable, with strong communication, prioritisation and organisational skills.

Salary range up to $3.2k
