Key responsibilities:

Full spectrum of Human Resources (HR) functions in a generalist capacity

Provide human resource services across all functional areas for Asia Pacific employees

Works with APAC managers to ensure the full scope and responsibilities are known for each job opening.

Follows all recruitment processes closely for individual hiring department.

Provide advice or recommendations to managers on HR practices and solutions.

Provide HR support in employment contracts, structure of compensation and benefits deals for Asia Pacific

Work closely with regional finance team on hiring process, budgets and approvals

Maintain HRIS system for APAC employees

Handle monthly payroll coordination with outsourced payroll vendors

 

Requirements

Bachelor's degree Human Resource Management or Business Administration (specializing in Human Resources) or equivalent with at least 5-6 years of relevant HR experience

Self-motivated and possess good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

Independent and yet a team player

Salary up to $5k
